Information Systems

We are fully licensed and bonded and are members of the American Collectors Association. We take pride in our latest technology and uncompromising quality in our computer and telephony hardware and software.

In our company headquarters in Providence, Rhode Island, our electronic data processing center has modern air conditioning/temperature monitoring, fire and flood warning systems, and backup power.

We maintain a fully operative backup system in our Cumberland facility and perform nightly system back-ups to assure data integrity. Access to the computer area is only allowed for approved staff.

B2B Compliance

Licensing and Standards

All letters are customized to meet different license requirements and the standards for consumer protection. Outgoing calls are only allowed from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM local time with our telephone system.

Personnel

All collection personnel is evaluated on Federal, State, and Local laws using the American Collectors Associations computerized testing software. They can not perform collections without receiving a score of ninety percent or higher on the FDCPA test.

Memberships

We stay up-to-date on the recovery of past due accounts. Leveraging our American Collectors Association (ACA) membership and relations with other organizations, we access all updates and developments through a global network of contacts.
